Yes. All our security personnel undergo rigorous physical and theoretical training. They hold the necessary licenses and certifications according to local laws and industry standards. We also ensure specialised training based on specific client requirements.

This depends on the client's needs. Where a security guard is trained and holds the correct certifications, they may carry a baton and cuffs. These tools are utilised as a last measure of defence.

We maintain a 24/7 Monitoring and Response Team. Should any threat or emergency arise, our personnel follow immediate protocols to take necessary action and promptly notify the relevant law enforcement agencies (Police/Fire Service) as required. Additional backup guards are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Our contracts are designed to be flexible based on client needs. We offer short-term (e.g., for events or urgent needs), medium-term, and long-term annual contracts. The specific term and conditions of the agreement are determined through detailed consultation.
